- To confirm one’s booking, an agreement between the Management of Ark Avilon Zoo and the interested Party Host/ Hostess should be signed.
- A fifty percent (50%) deposit of the Total Cost of the Party should be given either cash, check or credit card.
- The Complete payment should be made three (3) days before the party date which should be either cash or credit card only
- Other Additional expenses during the party must be paid right after the event. It should be either cash or credit card ONLY!
